How do I buy Inkjet Cartridges?

You can either order on-line by going to the appropriate page, choosing your printer model then selecting the inkjet cartridge that you require. All printer ink cartridges will be listed in all available pack sizes. Alternatively if you are unsure as to which ink cartridge you require than you can call us in the UK FREE on 0800 917 4073 ( International +44 1289 303111) Monday - Friday 9-5 or on Saturday between 9.30 & 12.30pm.

What make are your Printer Cartridges?

Most cartridges listed are in fact generic or compatible ink cartridges. Where manufacturers original print cartridges are supplied then these will be highlighted as such.

Are the cartridges recycled?

In the case of Hewlett Packard inkjet cartridges and Lexmark inkjet cartridges our own branded versions are in fact factory recycled. What makes them different from others though is that we do not simply refill the cartridge, instead all cartridges are stripped and rebuilt to provide OEM cartridge quality at a fraction of the price with the benefit of also being good for the environment. Most of our laser toner cartridges are also made in this way. Other cartridges such as our Epson ink cartridges and Canon ink cartridges are in fact all new generic versions of the manufacturers original printer cartridges.

After I order how quickly can you deliver?

For most orders that are received during normal working days these cartridges will be sent via first class parcel post. Normal delivery time for this , regardless of what the Royal Mail say , is 3-5 days.

What sort of ink do you use in your cartridges?

For all cartridges both generic and remanufactured inkjet cartridges we use system matched inks. That is for HP we use HP inks, Lexmark - Lexmark inks, Epson - Epson inks etc etc - no they are not the original inks but inks which have been system matched off against the manufacturers original printer inks by third party ink producers.

I have put an ink cartridge into my printer and it is not working properly what should I do?

Firstly panic - this seems to work well for some people - only joking! Firstly check out our technical site and if this doesn't help then send us an email and someone should reply within 24 hours - if it is urgent then call our Technical Support Department on 01289 309092 - we want to help.
